Notice the "up to" in the marketing material you're quoting there?
The IS350 produces about 265 at the rear wheels...3% would be 8 hp. 5 is the most gain anybody has shown in an independent test for any intake.
Now, on an IS250, you'll probably get close to that 3%, since that's barely more than 5 rwhp on a 250 (about 5.25)
Gains between the F-sport and Joe Z should be bout identical, though of course the Joe Z is a lot cheaper (but not technically legal in California)

I am in that boat too. I submitted my order for a JoeZ. Right now I am fighting the temptation to order an F-Sport but I'm trying to be good and wait for JoeZ. Hopefully it wont be too long, maybe they'll have a Group Buy?!?! (not saying they will, just hoping)
