For what reasons do you need to put nitrous on your GS? Unless you're going ballz out racing, I'm all for it. You're better off building a different platform, use your Lexus for luxury...just my opinion..

I don't see any reasons why not..
I'd recommend a wet kit, i haven't really put any research or thought into putting gas on my GS, but have had it on hondas.
a few safety percautions could be maybe a fuel pressure regulator, wet kit instead of dry kit, maybe some different spark plugs better suited for nitrious i think people normally use hotter plugs, also you may need to retard your timing a bit.. i dunno, these are things i did to be safer on previous cars..
you might just be able to throw a 100 wet shot on a stock GS4 and be fine i dunno.

I have 50 and as well tried 75 shot nitrous on my car, but 100 shot that's a risk you'll have to take, never know what can go wrong with 100 shots. my advice don't go for it! but gs4 i seen it done before, but good luck if you do.

Acually you would want to run two steps colder for the plugs and he should be with a 100 shot as long as everything else is running fine. Wet kit is the way to go and also invest in a window switch. I have seen the gs4xx take a 125 shot with no problem with a direct port all day.
