Default PPE Exhaust

I am currently testing PPE's new exhaust system and so far I just have to say, AMAZING. It sounds phenomenal.

It's stainless steel and 2.5" throughout the entire exhaust. I am currently testing the FULL system on my car which hooked up directly to their headers. I am going to try to get some solid pics and sound clips asap for you guys. I know they are playing with the sound so I'm not sure if their final production product will be quieter or louder or have options for the buyer. I do know though that they told me they are going to offer both an axel back and a full system including midpipe. If anyone is local and wants a ride, let me know, it looks and sounds freakin awesome. (I love being a test dummy)

Im down with more quiet but with the gains. Something like Fujitsubo but with nicer tips.

I dont think anything can compare to the Wald Quad exhaust. After having some experiences with the Tanabe and Greddy SE exhaust its complete unbeatable. But it would be nice to see something that can be compared or even better to the Wald exhaust would be awesome. Im always down to try something new if its worlth it

^^ Well kinda tough to compare an axle back to a Full Exhaust system...
Sound & Performance wise..

Interesting to see they are using 2.5" piping on our V6 motors..
- Our data did not like the 2.5" piping, but then again we were R&D'ing with the OEM manifolds & primary CATs in place..

Yes very true Joe. I wished Wald would of made the Full exhaust system instead of just the exle back. Yeah 2.5, hmmm sounds like its going to be backfiring crazy lolz..

Exactly right reference the difference between the axle back and full system.

The 2.5" piping for the full system compliments their header design perfectly which is my understanding why they went with it. I am also not currently running any CATs, however I am getting them back on (personal preference).

Surprisingly the backfire is very minimal and usually only happens rarely when slowing down to a stop or almost stop. I kind of wish it happened more cause I love the sound.

Hey Guys,
We are currently testing a couple different options on our system. The version AZ_JB has on his car now is the full race version (for cars with superchargers, nitrous and all-out N/A). There will be other versions available as well.

I will post more info in January after we do more testing. Videos, dynos and pictures to come.

DUH

Remember you are sucking way more now, and the car is loving it.

Don't you think it would love it, if it could ..release.. the power a little easier?

Give the car some pepto and try 2.5" My FMIC theory worked, and so will this one.
