Guys, I need ya help. I just got my car back from the bodyshop but the car is now idling rough and I have check engine/vsc light on. I have the SRT intake. I think the battery needs to be disconnected but for how long do I disconnect it? Shop said they tried that but my odometer still showed 183 miles and the clock and radio were fine as is my seat setting. So I assume they never tried disconnecting the battery to reset everything. Thanx in advance for helping me.

GS430 GUY..by disconnecting the battery will not help because the trouble code still in the ECM. You need to take it to the dealer and let them hook up the scan tool to see what code and the what kind of the problem you have. May be the bodyshop forget to connect some of the sensor back or it may be accident related.
That all I can help you man.

GS430 Guy,
Take it to a dealer. But my guess would be the following:
you would need to recalibrate you TPS (Throttle Positioning
Sensor). It takes about 1/2 hour and costs around 60-100 bucks.
After that your car will be just like new.
Regards.

Do a search on resetting the ECU, I usually just pull the fuse, that will wipe out the memory and you will have to reset the clock and your radio...seats also...

Well I took the car to the dealer this AM and I just got the report back. They found 2 spliced wires and a third on the verge of going, all on the passenger side, where the body damage took place. So the bodyshop obviously missed this, which pisses me off but at I am hoping this fixes the problem. The error codes the dealership got back were P1330 (air/temp sensor on the intake) and (2) P1310 Ignition error codes. I'll update if anything new pops up. Thanx for the help and suggestions so far.

I had my engine light and 2 vsc lights come on this past week.
Took it into the dealer, and the guy said some other car had the same problem. They replaced my throttle body and said that if I had any other problems they would have to replace my ecu.
I was wondering if anyone with GS's have had the same problem?

Well the dealership soldered the 3 wires that they found sliced either completely and slightly. Presto, car runs like a champ now. No problems what so ever, so the bodyshop fuked up and missed the sliced wires. My service advisor hooked me up bigtime and charged me nothing though, for which he was tipped well. I am a happy camper for now, I just need to take my car back to the bodyshop and have them redo 3 spots that have blemishes, otherwise all is well. Once again thanks to all for advising me to go straight to the dealer. Safe motoring....
