Default areomotive fpr and return line on my gs400

i have installed a areomotive fpr on my fuel system also took out the intank pump and filter. i had to make a custom fuel pickup so i could run the much larger pump an-8 out and a an-6 return on the return i had to design some type of siphon to get to the other saddle tanks gas. i will take photos tonight of the parts and the pickup i made this is the second one i made i already put in the fpr with hard lines but my cheap flare tool didnt give me a good flare so a couple of fittings leaked. so now i went to stainless an-6 hose should be much better. also i had a 255lph intank pump that i had made my first fuel pickup for but i wanted more and didnt want to run two pumps so i went to one large external pump.. this is one exspensive upgrade but at least i am ready when i do the motor swap....

Looks nice, but are you running the external pump with the stock pump in-tank or are you running only the external pump? If you're running two pumps you should consider a fuel cell in between the external pump and the stock pump.

It appears if he is just running an inline pump as he has no 12v or ground going to the pump, but instead has fed them up to the inline pump down the rail. At least that is what it appears to me, I could be wrong...

What motor are you swapping in?

yes you are right i took the stock pump and filter out of the tank and built a custom fuel pickup. this is my second one the first i had made was for a intank pump walbro 255lph. i had ran it with hard line originally but the cheap flare tool i had striped out and gave me some bad flares. this caused a few leaks so i decided to run the stainless braided line for the return and the feed line from the pickup i ran an-8 hose to the filter. then it goes to the pump from the pump is an-6 line going to the fuel rails out the fuel rails to the areomotive fpr and back to the tank. i will take a pic of the pickup out of the tank so you can see the siphon tube on the return line. this weekend ill hook up plx afr meter so i can tune her in right also i think i am going to take out apexi neo and put my split second ftc1 back in.

seems that my pick up is working great the siphon set up i did is working very well. just need to get the 1/4 fpt to an-6 adapter so i can take off that extra line and coupling. and the big pump is pretty loud but that the cost of performance...
