Decided to buy a turbo kit. I just would like picking which one. I live near DC, and have an auto. I'm not looking to go much above 6K on this. Toyomoto seems too expensive, and TBKO doesn't have the auto ready yet. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks

Im in the same shoes you are. Bottom line, theres nothing out their thats available that is going to be worth it. XS Engineering would be the best bet if you live in Cali, or close to it. Other wise you are completely out of options, I've tried everything, from having someone to try to build a custom kit to Calling Toyomoto, XS, PHR, NYC Performance, TBKO. Im in Michigan, so until a good Bolt-On is ready for shipment for the auto, you are out of luck.

i wouldn't put one of peter farrell's new turbo systems on my new IS300. i had him rebuild my engine and install a single turbo on my old rx7. the result was that i did not get what i expected, i told people on the web, he sued me for defamation and conspiracy and i sued him for fraud, breach of contract, and violation of the virginia consumer protection act. i won, but think i'll have trouble collecting. here is the verdict the jury reached:

GMonsen, thanks on behalf of everyone for the head's up. You probably just saved someone from a lot of headaches...
Why do you think it'll be difficult for you to collect? I understand that winning a lawsuit is often just a bargaining chip for further negotiations, but after winning a jury trial won't you be able to collect at least a majority of the damages that you are seeking? Good luck and get all you can!
