F Sport Exhaust Engraved?

F Sport Exhaust Engraved?
I just received my FSport exhaust from Sewell Lexus. I'm a little confused because no where on this exhaust does it show FSport. I thought being it was new it should have it engraved on the sides like ive seen before. Any thoughts?

I'm not sure when they began engraving the exhausts, but you probably received a "before engraving" exhaust just sitting around their warehouse. The new ones should have the engraving like Josh's here, but even my own does no have it (got it in April of 09'). I'd try contacting Sewell before you install

No i didnt, plus its too late anyway. I had to pick up the package straight from fedex and it was way to big to fit into my car, so we cut the box down and i left it there :/ i mean other then appearance and esthetics there is nothing different about the exhaust. I was just looking for it to show some sort of sign that its an Fsport. I do plan on calling Sewell tomorrow just to see what they say. Ill post pics of everything once it gets installed which should be this thursday.

Keep us posted on what Sewell says + pics after the install! One other thing I would try to do tho unlikely to succeed would be to bring your exhaust to your local dealer and see if they'd exchange your muffler tips with engraved ones. Probably won't work, but it can't hurt. Worse that happens is they say no

Yea i def will man. Ill post a new thread with pics and hopefully video once everything is said and done. But i will keep you updated about Sewell once I call them in the morning. That would be nice if a local dealer would swap them out, but something tells me they are gonna use the famous line "if you didn't purchase it through us, then im sorry we can't help you." Im just soo anxious to get this thing on already and hear how the car should have originally sounded.
