I conpleted the timing belt/pump change on my 99 Gs300 and after putting everything back on the car starts but it doesnt stay on, I have already check the plug and also I have fuel but not sure what can be causing the issue. Also I try putting the computer to see what codes I get but it says DTC.

if you do a search you'l find that other people had the same problem.check your crank sprocket might be a missing broken tooth.

Quick but important question...

After installing the timing belt and its components, did you rotate the crank, by hand, 2 complete revolutions and verified timing before you buttoned it back up?

I took out the old parts and install the new and then I build it back.

I was thinking to take it apart once again but some also told that it could be a hose loose or something but I checked everything on it and looks good

Take the timing cover off and verify your timing marks...

My bet is that you are off a few teeth, I hope not too many or you will hit valves

Good luck...

I took the car apart and the crank pulley was damage, now My question is regarding the dots which aligns the crank w/the other 2 pulleys...

I have read that it should be at the dots and others say it should be where the little line
is.

Whats going to be cuz I know the dots is 15 and the other is 0

did you do this?

https://www.clublexus.com/forums/gs-...ing-a-2jz.html

you have to be super careful that the teeth marks line up to where they were before. if there is any variation you can end up with bent valves. that is a very costly mistake. found that out on a friend's IS300

Cecilio - you sound WAY out of your league doing this.
Hope you haven't bent the valves, or worse.
Find someone WHO KNOWS local that you can take it to.
