Default Did my Fsport Exhaust get louder?

I brought a used Fsport exhaust from someone and installed it without disconnecting the battery. Drove around for a while and loved the sound.. about 2 weeks later i feel as if my fsport exhaust got louder... Is it just the ECU adjusting or one of my bolts loose?

I was literally ready to post something at about this too. I just installed mine a couple days ago, and wow this thing is loud. I really wasn't expecting it to be this loud. There's like a constant drone when driving unless you barely step on the gas. Im still unsure of whether I like it or not. I mean for the $1200 spent I better like this thing. I'm just hoping this might be the "breaking-in" period. I almost thought like maybe I forgot to tighten some bolts. I had a 2006 honda civic si with race headers/no cat to a Skunk2 mega power exhaust and this Fsport exhaust isn't far off from that. That really wasn't the sound I was going for again :/ Does anyone else seem to agree with me on this?

Would you agree there is a constant drone at a steady 2500 rpms with this exhaust tho, or is it just me, lol. I haven't heard how this sounds from the outside of the car yet. I just don't want people thinking a civic just drove by. lol

Yes, 2500rpm is the loudest, but that does not bother me. On the other rpms, usually the road noise or music are louder

Mines loudest at 2-3k rpm. Wish i could hear it through all the rpms. After 4k, the intake kicks in Sound real nice at 5/5.5k btw..

I was on the fence between the lexus HKS and F-Sport.... I didn't get the F-Sport because of the drone cruising at freeway speeds...

If you guys think the F-Sport is a bit too loud, the lexus HKS might be right for you - no drone at all...

No drone at all while crusing at freeway speeds.

When I first bought my exhaust it was quiet and a few weeks later it got louder as well. I think that was due to breaking in the new exhaust. With urs bein used, I dunno why it should be getting louder. I wouldn't be concerned though unless it is obnoxious.
