Did somebody really put your 2IS wheels on that Supra? NOT GOOD...
The car looks awesome. What did you do for the steering rack?

Man,
The car looks amazing. What sanctioning body are you racing under? Are you going drag racing or did I read earlier you are hanging up your drag racing gloves and moving onto some other sort of racing? I am a multiple MR2 Turbo owner and very familiar with your engine choice of the 3S. It's funny I am taking my high dollar 2.2L tailor built 3SGTE and selling it off because I am converting my two Mr2's one of which is an original TRD2000GT (one of the original 10 kits brought to the US) to twin turbo 2GRFE's which will have awesome all around peformance. What led you to choose the 3S?

i used the 3s engine becasue the technology is already there. this engine used to race in the btcc series in europe and part are available. i did not feel like paying for R&D on any other engines. i tried serching for the 2.4L 2az toyota engine but found none. the problem with turboing thoses engine you mention is the tunning. there is no way to tunne them...
My racing is done in the caribean DOminican Republic to be exact. and holefully run in central america championship if the car is competitive..
I have to engine and will be testing them to see which is better suited.. I have a 2.0L engine from the btcc and an eengine i bought from toda a 2.2L engine
so we will see which is best

Anajri,
I applaude you. I used to crew on a Top Fuel Dragester, a Super Boat called the Tequila Sunrise in Puerto Rico, and a 7 sec, two Rotor RX7 here in the states. Please do not take me the wrong way about your engine choice. I love the 3SGTE and designed a very detailed tailor built 2.2L strocker (Blue Printed By DPR Racing when they where doing really good work a long time ago). My background was Electro/Mechanical Design for 15 years in Aerospace by day and racing prep by night. Races all over the US on weekends. Well you know plenty of the life of a drag racing team. Either way I poured through every little detail on that motor but because of all the racing with the drag car only ever had enough time to put 4000 miles on that engine. Now I am putting it up for and selling it in favor of my new development, the 2GRFE Twin Turbo and I am also forming my next venture which is Forward Motion Perfromance, Inc. which will be a parts reseller for all makes including some specialty parts I have developed for the 2GRFE platform. As for tuning it, it is not impossible just have to have the right guy which I know 4 of the best tuners in the States personally and a good quality dyno. Anyway, way to go. I think your car looks awesome. The finishing work is incredible. For road racing you are going to really enjoy that Toda Racing 2.2L Stroker. It is going to have killer midrange depending on what cams you had them put in it for you. The cool thing about Toda is you can buy a turn key solution that is all tuned out and ready to rock. In a year or two when you are ready for the next level class that allows you a turbo have Toda Racing build and tune you a Stroker Turbo 3SGTE. Anyway, I wish you the best of luck with your racing. Keep us up to date on how things progress.
