is it possible to just buy a jdm ecu and stick it in a usdm is350?

MAAAANN!!! why in the world wont a company give us a 50 whp (what others sc are giving right?) for about 4k!!!! Sure they might not make much of a profit per unit but i bet most of us would buy it and they can make profit on the number of units sold... damn i can only wish.

4k is about right for a supercharger from a reputable company. Toyota charges close to 4k for their TRD superchargers, same goes for CT-Engineering, charging 4k for their superchargers for TLs and TSXs.
