Megan Downpipe
Hey guys, I'm thinking of purchasing the Megan Racing downpipe (b-pipe) for my 2000 GS3. I believe this will eliminate the third Cat if I'm not mistaken. What about CEL? Will I have a problem passing inspection with this? I know the Cali guys do because of their emission laws. Any info will be much appreciated.
