Get off his back......Good dyno runs man, I am impressed with those number whether you base lined or not! I have never dynoed a car stock before, always after mods

The 06 is350 that I dyno'd made 265 rwhp. And was completely stock. So with that number as a base the ebay intake made 12 rwhp over stock intake.

You can't use your dyno as a base to compare to a different car, tested on a different dyno.

That's the entire point here.

I've seen the same car pull very very different numbers on two different dynos... let alone different cars.

If you want to be scientific about it you should dyno the car prior to the part and after installing the part. But, when you've got standardized parts installed on mass-produced cars, if somebody reliable has done both before and after dyno and it shows real gains for a particular part on a particular model, then not everyone who buys the part necessarily has to run down and dyno their car. It's kind of fun to see a car dynoed though.
