Hope it's not the ECU. Did you try leaving the ignition on for >6 minutes?

Dude, if he isn't sure, don't just spend money on a computer. If you don't have somebody who can check the fuel pump, then I wouldn't have them check the ECU. My bet is that the ECU is functioning fine, it does everything else but fire the motor, which leads me to believe that the ECU is OK. Second, since the vehicle pulled in and didn't pull out, chance are something that you happened to do changed the way the vehicle operates. Take a digital volt meter, go back to the fuel pump and see if your getting 12v, then you can eliminate the wiring.

Air: Check mass air flow sensor, connections, etc, like someone mentioned, MAF would start, but die.
Fuel: You will need a fuel pressure tester, which is a gauge that "t's" into the fuel line. Also measure the resistance of the fuel pump according to Alldata or the TSRM (Toyota Service Repair Manual) Also like someone mentioned, go back check your fuel lines for visual damage, etc.
Spark: It's pretty difficult for our COP (coil over plugs) to lose spark to all 8 coils, so as everyone mentioned check the fuse(s), and that should be OK, but use a plug tester if you need to, their cheap.

My guess is fuel.

Before buying a ecu, try to see if you can borrow one from somebody and try to see if that would work or maybe check the ecu fuse.

i can't borrow a ECU from someone else. I would need a new key to start up the car.

But what's not making any sense is... Ive started the car 2/3 weeks before the UAS installation and it work fine and now when i try started it... it won't fire up. i double check the fuel line and everything is working perfect.
