Such an awesome build thread... glad to se her running strong still after a year of street abuse~
After 15 months of daily driving the only issues that I've ran into so far was a fuel problem caused by a safety feature my tuner had installed in the Haltech but he figured that out in one weekend and just a few days ago my turbo drain line started leaking leaving about 1-2 drops of oil in the driveway everyday. Another easy fix. The car is extremely reliable as is. I even drove it from NYC to Baltimore and back last summer. I also have an 07 GMC Acadia as the family ride but I love driving my car. I don't have to drive it everyday but I do (except when it snows), plus the kids love boost Lol.
BTW so far top speed in thr GS is 150 mph. I forgot my wipers were in winter mode so I had to lift because the wipers were about to lifr off the glass.
How is your fuel system done? Did you run a return line? Or are you still on stock return less system and running high base pressure? What is your injectors duty cycle at 12 psi?
Are you still on stock tranny after a year? Turned it past 12 psi any?

I do have a return line with Precision 650cc injectors, adjustable fuel pressure regulator and a walbro 255lp fuel pump.
My tranny is still bone stock with a B&M tranny cooler after a year and a half. I have never even changed the tranny fluid. No problems so far. As far as boost goes my tuner doesn't want to turn it up past 12psi (wastegate boost) because there's no way of controlling timing with the Haltech f10x. I'll be switching to a full standalone soon.
