Exclamation Turbo Kits plz

Hey, I have a 01 GS300, I live in SoCal & I'm Looking for a Turbo Kit
that will give me around 500whp.
I can't seem to find any that are full kits.
Most kits I find are missing TURBO MANIFOLD AND DOWNPIPE.
Anyone know a website or shop in SoCal where I can buy one.
Also any advise about turbocharging will be great
I'm clueless =]
Thanx

Swift Racing Technologies and Mahdavi Motorsports are the only 2 that sell a GS300 kit. You might want to check up on Mahdavi though, I don't know if they still make it. Stay away from the Ebay stuff, all that is just universal parts that you have to make fit.

SRT http://swiftracing.com/SRT/default.aspx is the most complete turbo kit you're going to find.

For a good reliable 500whp. Plan to spend around $6-8k at the very minimum. Includes all the turbo stuff and components in addition to the GTE piston/rods and transmission upgrades.

For 400hp or so, you can do it for cheaper. Around $4-5k or so.

around $5k-$7k installed
Also want to get a body kit & paint after turbo install
so I might wanna go for less HP now & upgrade later.

Is those prices installed or just parts?

Those prices are without installation. Install usually costs another $1.5-2.5k depending on what else is getting done.

If you did all the work yourself and no transmission upgrades (which at 300rwhp you can get away with) id estimate $5K w/ quality parts. Less is if you buy used parts. You just have to know what you can spend less on. Some have boosted for less but using ebay turbos, wastegates and bovs. But I would recomment against that, its a bigger risk that I don't believe is worth taking.
