I used this to install mine. Great write up. I've always had a hard time with the rubber hangers, don't know why I never thought to use WD40. Came off and on a lot easier.
Now I just need to throw on my midpipe and fix the alignment of the tips. Mine is all shifted to the passenger side. The height of the passenger tip is good, but the drivers tip is a bit lower. I think I may have ragged out the hangers when I put on my last exhaust, fighting with them (no wd40). May try new hangers if I can adjust the tips much with the bolts.

I know this is an old thread but wanted to bump it up to answer this question in case anyone else had the same...
The two spring loaded bolts that go from axleback to midpipe are m10-1.25, you can find them at autozone in packs of 4. I choose to replace the spring loaded bolts b/c they were a pita to put back on with regular bolts.
