Do you think you lose any torque with the midpipe??

^

Thanks guys

Furryjet - Supposedly it frees up more horse power and torque, but i didn't dyno before and after, so i cant really answer your question. Sorry. The car does feel like it picks up and gos faster, but you know what they say, noise can do wonders to the mind

I just finished the install on my Invidia mid-pipes, DAMNNNNN!! Josh wasn't kidn' when he said, its LOUD but tolerable. I swear my IS sounds like a GTR now, well almost.

And speaking of tolerable, if I'm not able to tolerate the sound after few weeks, anyone interested in buying my invidia mid-pipes?

^ haha i told ya, i lovbe itl It can be loud at WOT, but very nice exhuast soudn when cruising through the city. Freeway almost no drone. Dexter - Give it a few weeks to kick in. The tone will get slightly softer and the car needs to get used to it.

Yea, I'm sure it's just a matter of time getting use to. And don't get me wrong Josh, I love the sound bro - music to my ears, that's why I bought one. I was just in shock to hear (literally) a race car sound coming from a 4 door luxury Lexus. I think that's where my mind is tripn' out, and need some time to adjust.

I actually just got back from my cousin home. I had to showoff my latest exhaust setup to him. He has an IS-F...boooo After he heard my new exhaust setup, he said, "f$ck dude, I should've bought a V6 instead. That ***** sounds raw!"

Nice - but I will take issue with the best sounding V6 comment too. :-)

I'll submit one vote for my own V6 as the best sounding.... At least as far as ISx50 are concerned.

At this time, I've decided to keep the mid-pipes. I'm really loving the race sound now. In fact, I can't drive a modded ISX50 without the race sound, IMO they go hand and hand.

You're right bro...keeping the pipes, no plan to sell now - you already why.

And as much as I love the pipes, I get a bigger smile and love for my wifey.
