w00t w00t. I'm in like flynn! thanks for all the advice n info guys. special thanks to Josh / brociouz for the videos and Dex for preparing me what to expect.
Its a good mod for the IS. If your just driving at the normal speeds the exhaust tone sounds normal. but it's when you accelerate really quickly is where the your car turns into beast mode. a nice deep exhaust sound. a little bit of drone noise in the cabin, but its really minimal. Just like Josh, I would recommend it to anyone who wants a more aggressive / deep sounding tone out of their exhaust system it is not ricey at all. I would do it all over again if I could.
My advice is to listen to Josh / Brociouz's videos with headphones on. For me the sound was a bit different when i watch the videos through my pc speakers. I was still 50/50 on deciding to add the pipes, but when I watch the videos with my headphones i was sold. u can really get a good idea what kinda exhaust tone you are going to get. Put on some headphone n watch the second video of the rolling video.
oh yah, u guys gotta show me what you guys do to really hear the pipes in action. something about putting in second gear ? please show me or msg me steps on what to do =). I am still noob with my car, please be patient with me. thanks guys !!!
