It comes on BEFORE I start the car. When I turn the key to the furthest position before starting the car, the fan comes on.....
Even when the car has been sitting for 9-10 hours and is completely cold, the fan will come on when I turn the key, it DOESNT wait until the engine is turned over......
It has been doing this for approx. three days.....
Has anyone heard of or experienced this?????
Any experience or help with this will be greatly appreciated.....

You probably need a new fan relay.The fan should not turn on if the engine is cold. It won't hurt any other engine parts but you need to get it fixed sooner or later.
