I see that the one O2 sensor is a 2 bolt flange style. What sensor do you use once you go single? Do you weld on a 2 bolt flange? Is there a thread in style sensor that will work the same? Or, does everyone toss the O2 completely and run stand alone?

it is just a 4 wire o2 sensor, you should be able to switch out the 2 bolt for any threaded o2 sensor. I had the 2 bolt in my GReddy downpipe so I used the 2 bolt sensor.

I believe it is not a standard O2 sensor it is a wide band. You should stick with the OEM sensor. The two bolt is kind of a standard on most Toyota vehicles and you can buy a flange to weld on to the downpipe.

So I pulled the sensor yesterday and got the #'s.
89465-30400
Denso 5760
&
11S19 is near the flange
Now, I just need to find one that works because none of these #'s work @ Toyota or Lexus. I think I'll try a Supra one to see if it works.
I'm idling at like 11.9-12.3 once warmed up.

Most guys that aim for higher HP like me just went with a standalone and called it a day. I tossed all the factory O2 sensors. If you're using the stock ecu to run the engine then both the primary o2 sensors need to be in place.
Also, you can use the screw in type sensor for your car. Just find the primary bank O2 sensors from your stock GS300(the two pre-cat) and the connector clip should be the same. Then weld on the O2 screw-on type bungs in the downpipe and you'll be ready to rock.

Everything I'm reading shows GTE's have wideband and & GE's have narrow. So, I don't think I can use a stock GS300 sensor with an Aristo ECU. I'm going to try a supra sensor and see if it works. I will be able to tune it all out but I like to stick with a good clean starting point and work from that.

I wish I didn't already weld the 2 bolt flange on. 
Oh well, I guess I'll try the supra sensor & see how it goes. Does anyone else have a wideband hooked up with the stock ECU? I hear it does run rich from factory but idle in the low 12's seems way off to me.

I have an HKS AFK hooked up in mine, currently running stock ECU. I idle around high
13's low 14's. What fuel pump are you running? I have a SaRD 265lph, Type RJ FPR set to 37psi and stock injectors. I have an OEM aristo o2 sensor if you want it.

Stock aristo pump, rail, injectors, regulator, maf, etc. That's why when I hooked up the wideband I was shocked to see how rich it's running in "stock" form. I should be throwing the new sensor on today so I'll let you know.

The Supra sensor (89465-19605) is working great. The connector shape & size was different though. I just put the connector from the old Aristo sensor on the new Supra sensor and all is well. My AFR is back in the mid 14's while cruising & idling. It's much better than the mid-low 12's it was running at before. Now I need another long road trip to see the new gas mileage.
