i wanted to know how much was the xs turbo or where in cali was another place where i should start looking.

I talked to XS a couple of months ago...they said they would make another turbo. They told me it would be awhile before they took on any NEW projects because they were in the middle of moving their shop. Give them a call and find out what their current status is.
