Ppe won't make header for a car that not in there shop to test. That why it's been dead. I asked long time ago when I had my awd. They said without the car there no testing can be done.

the guys at petrol werks are willing to make headers for the is250 awd but i dont have the cash flow to get things started honestly. He said testing and fitting to see which pipes work best, how to angle them would take about a week or two and a few grand since there will be a lot of fabrication.

Its not dead yet. We will have something out for it this year. We are working on a new design that will have an integrated 5" high-flow cat. We are currently doing a similar header design for the 350Z/G35 right now and when we are done the AWD IS is next on the list.

Excuse my ignorance but if you wanted more HP in the 250 why didn't you just buy the 350? I would assume headers on that small of a motor have to sound pretty ricey. Was this prior to a 350awd?
