wats up people! i've been driving my 07 IS for about 4 years now and approaching approxmately 75K miles. I've noticed that i hear a clicking noise when the gear changes..especially when the gear is on REVERSE. when i stepped on the gas pedal you can hear the clicking noise. Not only that, when i ill drive in auto, you can hear the clicking noise when the gear changes...seems not normal to me..DOES ANY ONE HERE HAVE THE SAME EXPERIENCE?

 

I've been noticing the clicking noise as well but I've noticed it for a couple days after i bought the car back in Dec 2006. I've assumed it was normal because my cousins 05' Civic Si hatchy creates the same noise as well and its a 5 speed. Then again its like comparing apples to oranges. Maybe someone can chime in on it

 

Ive got an 06 with 64k miles and there is no clicking here. Its smooth as butter.

 

I was thinking that, this was very similar to my honda civic before. My civic would have the clicking noise too..i hope it wouldn't happened the same thing.
