Default Follow up on PPE headers for IS250

I've followed threads in regard to PPE headers for IS250. People might have already bought the headers but no one talked about the effects, performance, etc. I was wondering if y'all have any info about the headers. I might be interested in purchasing one in the long run.

Thanks.

I'm thinking about getting the PPE headers for my 350. Anyone from the 250 buy in from SoCal know who they are getting their install done from? If you find the price, anyone mind PMing me that too?

The price was $650 when they had a group buy (in June). I don't know the current price.

I'm looking forward to see real life driving impression guys. Please share it.

Thanks!

Here's some quick notes I jotted down about my install. Just ignore the front drive shaft part.

Remove intake tube and anything else in the way.
Gain access to undercarriage of vehicle
Remove O2 sensors from intermediate pipe(s)
Remove any braces holding exhaust.
Remove exhaust intermediate pipe - Rear exhaust gasket will be reused
Unplug A/F sensors from vehicle harness
Place vehicle in neutral gear position so that front drive shaft rotates freely
Remove front drive shaft - Add matching marks for reinstallation in same orientation. Make cardboard holder for bolt orientation.
Loosen bolts for OEM manifold.
Remove OEM manifolds
Remove A/F sensors from OEM manifolds and install into headers
Clean head area
Install headers with new gaskets
Install new header bolts and observe proper torque sequence
Plug in A/F sensors to vehicle harness
Install intermediate pipe - Tighten collector flange bolts first and tighten rear exhaust flange last.
Install any braces etc.. That were previously removed.
Lower vehicle
disconnect battery
Install O2 Sim.
Install intake and anything else that was previously removed.
