Okay i'm sure that this must be the 100 time someone ask how to swap,how hard to swap, and most importantly estimate cost swap from v8 to 2jzgte. So next year I want to swap motor. And getting all the info i can now and begin slowly ordering all the parts to do it next year. Need all the help i can get. I will be doing all the work so the more help i can get the better.

If you just joined then you might not have noticed you now have access to the search feature. Its listed in the blue bar with all the options. I did the swap in my GS400 so you can search for threads started by me.

Those are usually non VVT-i, for that price. You can do that but it's much easier to go with the "blue top" VVT-i engines that usually run from $2500-$3000.

That's a great price. My swap came with sidemount intercooler & all intake piping as well. Since I'm about to go front mount, if someone needs an intercooler & piping to go with that set I got it. I have only seen just the engine for that price.
