Thanks for the prompt reply. I agree that mild steel with a ceramic coating makes more sense than just standalone stainless. Any idea on how these work with the stock exhaust yet? I have seen a lot of members with these hooked up to midpipes and catbacks, but no one with just stock components.
I want my car to remain as quite as possible while still having some performance gains.
Thanks again,
Charles
They will work fine with a stock exhaust and you still still get some good gains and the car will remain very quiet.

Yes, I have HFCs but not on the stock mid, I have them on the PPE exhaust. It would still work and you would still get good gains.
That being said, you get the most gains from the entire system because you car essentially "breathes" more freely.

Also, how n where do I buy this?
I think there is a dyno somewhere on here showing the gains on a 250, they were very impressive from what I remember. As far as buying them goes, contact PPE directly on here or via their website.
Ordered mine to paul at PPE. cool guy. I got the 1600 ceramic coating, Im gonna run them with megan midpipe and Tanabe midpipe, any idea of how it will sound? Im hoping it wont be raspy or too loud
