After about 1 month.. with the HFC and the 2 new O2 sensors... no CEL.

But when I had CEL without CAT issue in the past.. with the O2 extension.. it took about 1 month to show up... I think it will be several more months before I can said that I am good.. the CEL is a majorly annoying because you lose VSC which make your car a little unsafe...

^^^ You haven't been paying attention. Most people (myself included) have no CEL issues.

I just purchased a 2007 IS 350 and the CEL came on. The servicing Lexus dealership informed me nothing could be done because the previous owner apparently installed headers. The codes autozone gave me are P0136, P0137, P0156 and P0157. I'm located in Coumbia SC and noone around here seems to know anything. All I'm being told is "live with it". I've followed jadeboy's thread but not sure if it's the same issue. Please help!!!!

99% sure it is related to the headers. Same faults if it is PPE, Mazzuri etc.... Also the fix would be similar too. Originally I had the electronic solution but that failed over time. Converted to the mechanical solution and fixed the problem. However some experimentation will be needed...

Sorry man I didn't take any pics during install; the only pic I have is one of the instructions that came with the O2 Extenders (see below). I followed the instructions and never had any issues with them.

Since the header was installed.. you probably have no CAT.. You can fix this problem.. get a CAT installed and replace the 2 O2 Senors. The O2 Extension only fix my CEL problem for 1 month.. I had to get a CAT to solve it.. well at at least 2 months now..
