A belt driven intake would be best.

There isn't much HP to be gained from any intake tube/filter combo on the market. Just review your options and pick the one that best fits your budget.

like i stated on previous threads. fsport and JoeZ intake will yield the most hp increase. takeda 13hp and 12tq is bullcrap, i have a takeda intake.

Hate to be the party pooper, gents. +10hp? You guys are out of control. Your gains are going to be 5whp at the absolute max with an intake especially with the drivetrain losses on an AWD. I'm sorry. Intakes don't do a whole hell of a lot. Tanabe might add 7whp on a good day.

Joe-Z is one of the most popular intakes. Combine that with the F-Sport box from Sewell and You'll get your 5hp. I hate to sound like a hater, but the IS250 will not generate much more power, trust me, I have one. I have the aforementioned mods, and other than sound, don't expect a whole new car.

If you want to really bump power, here are few forced induction kits (RGMotorsport,...) but few have really dabbled with it and I doubt they'll work on the AWD. If you want more actual power, expect to pony up ten grand or more.

^ above poster is correct.

I have JoeZ, Tanabe MT Axleback and Mazurri headers. Based on drag race times, the most peak horsepower I could claim would be 22hp @ the crank which would be 17whp in the case of AWD. The OEM airbox is just a good design. I have even removed the air cleaner element completely at the track and lost some ET but I kind of expected that to happen.
