Default which exhaust...

ok, looking at some exhaust for my 01 IS. wondering if any of them give that angled up look...not really a big fan of the ones that stick straight out. opinions?

Sounds like you're looking for whats already been posted.

I personally went with the HKS Drager II setup. But if you want ANGLED and LOUD then I'd say go with the HKS HI-Power setup that these guys have!

You really don't need an aftermarket mid. You can just take it to an exhaust shop and have them cut the resonator and weld a straight pipe. What are you looking to do? You can always get some headers and a Ypipe. I have the Hi Power with a Espelir mid. Honestly i cant tell a major difference. You can try GReddy or Megan but i dont know about fitment. I had a slight fitment issue but replaced the gasket from Mid to can to a bigger one and it ended up making it look better because now the tip is flush with my bumper but still angled up. If you were in Cali i would sell you my Mid

agreed^^^ i got my stock midpipe with the resonator cut out and straight pipe welded in, its basically the same as buying a new midpipe but fits better because its basically stock minus the resonator and costs less.
