Installed the headers today. The ecu had to be reset so I'm gonna wait to judge. I do feel as if the car brings up the rpm easier in the lower rpm. Response is a little better also. But like I said I'm gonna wait for the ecu... The sound is awesome on high rpm. The mid rpm range I don't love, there is a metallic sound that sounds exactly like the e46 m3 but louder... I have the megan mid pipe and the tanabe axleback ... I'm really happy with the quality of the headers. Ill try to dyno the car this week to see the difference.

I didn't order the high flow cats to see how it would sound. But I think I'm gonna get them to minimize the metallic sound on mid rpm... Ill dyno the car before and after as well to see if there is any kind of loss by installing the HF cats

OK went out for a drive and did some Juice14 dyno runs . I know these dont count but its something. here is the story:
there is a road that goes uphill which I drive every day to get to my house. Ive been using the Vector FX2 to measure how many G's the car pulls on this hill. I hold 2nd gear up to 3000 RPM and when I cross a specific tree I hit the throttle. This Ive done on any type of weather, time of day, etc..Ive probably done this over 100 times. The car has averaged 0.42 gs before the headers. Tonight on just one try the car pulled .45. The car feels more alive, almost feels lighter.

As far as the sound I think ive gotten used to the mid range metallic sound. However WOT the thing sounds SICK!!! My friend with an IS350 was behind me and he says it doesnt even sound like a IS350. I let him drive it and I drove his car, and hes right it sounds like a another car.

Ill try my best to dyno this, week, I took too much time off work today installing these.

Seeing how you heard it while your friend drove your car how much louder did it seem. So far I havent got pulled over my exhaust yet and cops have driven behind me do you think with the PPEs my luck would change.

Seems like PPE headers are worth it, time to buy some headers.

I am trying to save some $$$ but looks like I have to make an exception for the header, lol.

Waiting for the dyno result~
