My car is my daily driver. I actually think the drivability is better without the intercooler. I tried several setups without the intercooler before discovering water/meth and was always happier with the drivability just concerned with the heat when in boost. Now, with the water/meth, I have the best of both worlds IMO.
Not trying to sell you a water/meth kit or anything, just offering input. Either way will work great and I'm sure your car is going to be (already is anyway) awesome.
Good luck!

KC what's the compression ratio on your engine?
I have installed an LMS kit and Steve from LMS told me never to remove the IC cause i will blow out my motor.
Intake temperatures will go skyhigh without it and with 12:1 ratio it's very dangerous removing it.
I have also a set of AEM water/meth kit and thinking to install it.
Will pm you for some more info on Water/Meth if that's ok with you.
pepos - I emailed my HKS.JP contact to get permission to give out his email and got denied. I was told to tell everyone to used there local HKS dealer. Sorry brother but I don't want to ruin the relationship I have with him.

No additional pulley on the crankshaft as i see.
Very clean setup.
I'm curious to see the gap between the S/C intake ellbow and the headers.
Can't wait to see it finished.
