Default Early timing belt replacement?

My 99 GS300 had the timing belt replaced at 32k according to a sticker on the engine. I have no paperwork why and cannot speak with the previous owner (I inherited it). Any thoughts why it would have been done so early in it's life? Car now has 90k and runs great.

When did you get it? The recommended timing belt interval is 7 years/90k miles. It's possible that the belt was changed around 2006, making it 7 years?
