Ok so afther deciding that i will do the swap in my 2nd gen gs300 now am ask with the ? vvti or non vvti 2jz ?????????? i know acouple of you have dun this swap what would be the best out come i know the non vvti 2jz has proven power and the vvti as well but what exactly is the difference please all help all advise welcome as am ready to get started lol

lol well i search and search and search and made up my mind am going with the vvti gte swap will be starting it mid this week should be up and running in about 1 week due to so much work going on and the kids wont have to much time to put in it but pic should be up soon

I have just joined CL and have seen many topics on this I havent had a chance to read them all but most will tell you to go with the VVTi due to easier to wire up, and less almost a plug and play swap, the VVti is harder to tune from what I am getting from most, but is the easiest swap for our cars. But yes short cut like 99 GS3 said VVTi, so much knowledge here on CL just got to find it
