Looks great, I like how it all came out.

One question: What about debris/rain water coming through the headlight hole? With the OEM snorkel, its harder for leaves/dirt/etc to get in, and harder for water to get in if it's raining. How do you plan to cope with this problem? A wet filter will let a significantly less amount of air into your engine, and if the whole filter someone got wet, it would likely choke out your engine i would imagine. Maybe a small mesh grill inside the headlight deep inside so you cant see it to stop debris, and possibly some kind of high absorbent cloth inside the air box to try and catch some water?

I pieced the intake together myself, I'm not really worried about debris and leaves, rain is a problem, I just tape up the hole and open the lid

But over all the box helps alot, the temp of the intake before the tb is only a 7 dregrees change from the out side temp as oppose to 40 dregrees without the box and it seems faster the faster I go

yeah, anything that doesnt have a heat shield/box is losing power from injesting heat directly from the engine.

looks good, although I bet you get tired of having to tape up the hole and taking off the lid.

Not to thread jack but wouldn't a vent on the front bumper like the new camaro benefit better than to customize a intake like this?
