Default It is stock but I want to change that

I need help in find what I can do to upgrade my stock 08 IS 350/NAV. I have been trying to find a chip that I can get, but the only ones I find are "universe" ones. I don't know if I should trust them. Any helpful ideas

There are no chips for the 2IS. Anyone selling one is lying to you.

Simply put, the cheapest way to add a lot of power to your car is to trade it in for a used IS-F. Seriously.

Beyond that your options are:

$700-1200 for an axle-back exhaust: 7 hp.
or
$1200-1500 for a "full" exhaust: 10-12 hp, and illegal in all 50 states.

$125-400 for an intake: 5 hp.

$700-1000 for headers: 15-20 hp, and illegal in all 50 states.

That's, literally, it, for available off the shelf parts.

You can cobble together a supercharger kit, the current state of the art there is an old LMS kit which ran $6000 and added about 40 hp.

There are a few folks currently in-progress on other, possibly cheaper or possibly slightly better power, supercharger options... but none are ready or available, and none will add as much hp as the IS-F comes with stock.

Oh, last option- Nitrous. That'll let you add 65-85 hp depending on the gas you're willing to run... but with all the relevant drawbacks of nitrous (it's only on for a few seconds at a time, if you do it wrong you need a new engine or transmission, etc...).
