probably doesn't include tax and I'd pick it up from the dealership. I got my shocks and springs from them a few months back and they were:
Bilstein Shock Absorber Set - (4pcs/2pairs) - $620
Lowering Spring Set - $234
+ $100 off
I think that was a good deal so I don't think they'd rip me off on the intake.

I just bought one off of ebay for $325 and $15 shipping.... My local Lexus Dealer told me they would install it for $55 dollars. 
I will pay $55 for them to install and warranty the work...

Nope, if you register and give your CL name you get a cheaper price. I believe it was $299 but I'm not sure how much shipping would be for just the intake. You'd probably save $30 ordering from Sewell.
