Default Injen Intake problem

So I have the SRT Injen intake for my 2007 IS250. The filter got too dirty, so after cleaning it a couple of times with K&N Air Filter Cleaner, I decided to replace it. I purchased the X1014BR air filter from Amazon. I took the intake off of my car and attempted to put the new filter on, but it would not fit. I looked at the opening and the diameter matches the ending of the intake. I could fit the opening of the new filter into the opening of the old one. I called the vendor and they sent me a new filter no questions asked. I received it a day later and noticed that the filter was exactly the same, and I had the exact same problem.

Does anyone else have this problem?

I contacted Injen support, but no answer. However, I left a message and hopefully they will respond soon.

That sucks, twice!! Isn't the injen intake filter a non oil filter? I know mine was on my G35 and was also made by AFE.. Good luck, I'm sure injen will help you out..
