Default Megan Mid-Pipe Leaking

hello all, it seems that the rear gaskets on the mid-pipe are worn out, I called megan racing n they told me that they don't stock those gaskets and wont for a while, but told me that i could use a gasket maker that they sell at an auto parts store. So would u guys think that would work effectivily, or are there other options i have?

Kragen carries all types of gaskets for cars from exhausts to headers. You can check that out...

If you gaskets for the mid-pipe is slightly worn, you can use Permatex seal on it to prevent the leak. I used it on my Tanabe Exhaust gasket because I bought it used, and I don't want to risk exhaust leak.

You buy a tube of Permatex from Kragen. It's basically a copper sealant.
