The blue lines you got going for the evap to the intake should be rerouted if your going to retain the evap system.
The Aristo intake manifold is setup to work properly with the evap system already.
Below I circled the proper hookups on some pics of my manifold out of my car.
This first one show where the input from the evap on the drivers side goes into. (your blue line on the right), keep the check valve inline like you have done, just shorten it back.
(most people assume the rear facing nipple is just another vacuum port on the intake but it isn't, it is a direct loop to another nipple on the side for the evap vsv input.) If you blow thru it you would feel the air come out a different nipple, or if you flip up the butterfly on the tb and look inside the intake plenum you can see the how it is routing in the casting.

Next is the vsv that controls the evap.

So in this next pic, the tube with the red circle is the direct loop feed from the nipple on the back of the plenum, and the blue circled tube is a direct vacuum feed from the plenum, the vsv opens during vacuum to purge the evap fumes.

Now, on your passenger side you should have another hard line on the framerail that had a tube going to your intake pipe/box, this is also part of the evap system. You should hook this back up to your pre-turbo intake pipe. This will continue to pull vacuum on the evap system when your in boost and loose vacuum in the intake plenum.
It's hard to see in the pic but you get the idea of location.

But if the GS ecu starts it and the Aristo ecu won't with all those plugs undone, then I agree it kinda sounds like an immobilizer issue??
Let us know when you figure it out..

Well, just anywhere on the pipe that your air filter is attatched to, but do it after the maf sensor not before it so your not blasting the maf with gas fumes.
If you look at this pic again you can see the nipple on the black pipe right after the maf that has a black hose on it, that location is fine for that hook up.
