just got a quote from a lexus dealer to install the f sport exhaust and intake for my is250.
total for the intake and exhaust including labor and tax would be $1950
Do you guys think is a reasonable price or a rip off ??

$1950 for parts + labor + tax right?
F-Sport Exhaust on Sewell is about $1060.
F-Sport Intake on Sewell is about $320
Even with shipping its under $1500 at least.
So then the dealer is charging you about $450 for installation of the two.
Hit up Tommy @ MusicBox in El Monte and see how much he charges to install both. I don't think it will be $450. A lot of people here on CL go to him for stuff like this!

if the dealer installs it though, its covered under Lexus warranty, that's about the only difference. You may feel better paying $1950 to know its covered under warranty.

Had F sport springs, F sport intake and Tanabe Exhuast done by Tommy for $200 more or less.
Going in today to get some lighting done!

Both installs are easy. (only bolt-ons)
At least do the intake:
