Default residue inside intake?

Just received my JoeZ intake from Pocky. USPS does some decent shipping without charging broker fees & ect... for shipping to Canada. 1 week wait

Just a quick question though, i noticed inside the tube near the vacuum port that there is oily residue in there. Is this a cause for concern? or is it common to have? should i just pressure wash the stuff out?
