I know there a lot of threads on installation of headers/exhaust, but not much on the actual time that it took to do this, so I am trying to reach out to all those that have put these on themselves and wondering if I could get a time frame of what it took to do this? If specifics are possible, I am going to put on the PPE Headers and possibly Megan/F-sport (or stick with stock exhaust till a later time) exhaust. How long is this taking people on average? Thanks in advance for helping out!

I have snagged my cousin to help me out. WAHOO! lol Those times sound pretty promising! You do an install yourself or that take someone else that long to do it for you? Just curious, if that was professional or out of the garage, knowing what to do? We know what we are doing, just want to plan for times and when to do it.

Did you also do the PPE headers or something different? With that, what did you do to resolve your CEL issue?
EDIT = Just noticed in your footer that you have the PPE and HKS setup. That being said, what did you do about the CEL?

I also have the following questions for anyone:
How hard is it to remove the steering coupler and if anyone has any tips? Also tips/suggestions on removing the 3 lower exhaust studs?

I agree with montgb, it took me about 6 hours for the headers and half an hour for the exhaust. I suggest you find a friend with a lift, it makes it much easier on your back... I used the included O2 Extenders which worked perfectly. Good luck.
