Default transmission problem

Having some transmission problem. 190,000 miles on the dash.

Ive done a drain/refill a year back with toyota fluid and i poured too much in and drove around for almost a year and its been fine. So i tried to drain some of the fluid out last week using the method from http://bananags.grantham-internation...completetrans/ because my pan bolt is stripped. after I did this i started to get tranny fluid drips on my cats, thinking its from my transmission dip stick hole? what are the chances of that? my fluid turns from red to a purpleish/blue color when whipped off to a paper towel and knoticed today that there were bubbles on dipstick when checking it? wondering if this is normal? Also the other day when i was pulling out of the drive way in reverse.. it popped out of reverse and into nutral inside the transmission, not the actual shifter, and then it popped back into reverse on its own a few seconds later.

The fluid looks like its at the right fill mark but i've been seeing bubbles and it shifts weird when the car is not fully warmed up in gear 1 and 2. and i think it may be leaking out of the top of the tranny dipstick hole... what should i do? Any advice? Thanks in advance.
