F-sport exhaust hanging lower on driver side...advice?

well the 2IS is known for the left side being lower than the right side muffler, since left side is heavier i believe.
Theyll tell you thats how it is. most likely.

the dealer did it not me. im actually really pissed because they wont respond to my calls or emails or voicemails.
