Default Rear End Replacement Costs GS300

Anyone know what to expect to pay an independent shop to replace the rear end on a 2002 GS-300? My shop is currently getting costs together for the most cost-effective repair, replacing the pumpkin instead of re-building existing, using re-built or used units. Would be nice to know ahead of their estimate what to expect, and which route is best fix overall. Thanks.

Used. About $250. I wouldn't pay more than $200 for labor.
