Which one ya get? That's why I bought the midpipe I sold to Colleen. It made a noise that I wasn't cool with though :/ I loved how loud it was though...

Megan midpipe. Its not obnoxious like the Invidia (IMO). A deeper growl whereas the Invidia is more on the high ricey side. Loving it!!

Default 1 week UPDATE

It's been over a week now and I guess you guys are right. I am getting used to the loudness of the exhaust. So far, here are my driving impressions:

Start Up: rich and deep sound. It puts a smile to my face when I start up the car

Normal driving:
when driving in a residential neighborhood, it is definitely loud. I can hear the exhaust echoing as I pass parked cars and houses. I really have to be light on the gas pedal to keep the exhaust as silent as possible.

When accelerating and merging into the freeways, it sounds great! After 3000 RPM, the exhaust gets silent and the sound of the F-sport intake takes over. Feels faster at the top end of the powerband.

Cruising: the car drones. there is no way to avoid it besides letting go of the accelerator or downshifting to keep the car above 3000 rpm.

When passing and overtaking cars, I noticed a loss of low-end power. I am not sure if it is me or if I really lost it. It just feels that way. I just have to downshift and the car will get up to speed quickly.

Looks pretty damn good mounted with the GFX kit. Sounds a bit to loud for me though.

I noticed that this exhaust is pretty quiet when I drive the first 3 miles, and after that the sounds is a deeper and louder. Why does this happen??
