Depend on the weather and get all your junks out of the trunk. Anything that add weight to the car lolz, spare tire, jack, tools, cleaning kits... i meant everything lolz... manual book Dont forget to have 1/4 tank of gas or lower...keep the rpm under 1k. turn off VSC. So far i only did 1/8 of a mile at Irwindale back then only intake and exhaust.... consistently got 8.7 to 8.9... and was very hot up to the mid 90 ... that 3/4 of gas lolz....will be back anytime soon... and 1/4 opens... Have fun

I'm guessing that your new wheels will hurt you at the track. Hope I am wrong though?

Check out dragtimes.com for IS350 times etc...

Yeah I got my stock wheel still. But it's on snow tire so can't use that at the strip. Rather use mt 19s on street tires. But well see if these header improve my time.

a better judgement would be to see if it improves your MPH. Times are really subjective to perfect launches and a whole host of conditions. MPH is a pretty constant output given that its a fixed length 1430 ft and an auto to boot.

simple calculations can be done to determine whp improvements by comparing 1/4 mph speeds. When I was testing my intake, it produced 1.5 mph difference in trap speeds which indicated about 7-9 whp improvements. Sure enough, the dyno proved a 8 whp gain.

ITs the best way to measure engine output without a dyno.

Previous speed traps were around 102mph complety stock. Guess im what till Oct. hit and it gets like 30 out. Try to maybe put my stock setup back on and see what happens from there. Even my friend two evo were running 14s for good part of the night till there last run both hit 13.5. I only ran 4 runs then called it a night.

Those wheels are killing your times. Go back to stock 17's or 18's and throw some summer tires on the rears.
