well i ahve not heard a Fsport in person but i have seen videos on youtube and what not it sounds good to me but after researching alot of ppl say the fsport has this weird sound while driving .. i did get to hear a is350 with a greddy sp 2 but that exhaust is discountined now i dnt know how much of a difference is there between the SE and SP2..
I think you should HEAR it in person AND take it for a DRIVE. the f sport sounds great. All my friends that heard it was surprised by the way it sounds! Deep and aggressive

I don't think you can go wrong with either exhaust. Just up to you what you want. Both are of great fit, quality and sound. The one that cost more, is a bit louder. Yet it's a "LEXUS" product.
