who said it was unheard of? Multiple people have hit over 300whp all N/A, a buddy of mine hit 321whp on his 2021 is350 aswell, its definitely doable

Yes headers ( at least "shorties" ) give these 3.0-3.5L engines around 10HP tops but in the lower rpm range it may be 8-10ft lb increase starting very low. It's not a ton, but you will feel it.

The 3SGTE was actually used on some RWD cars FWIW
The 2GR-FE is a transverse mounted V6 used only in FWD applications.... certainly you could convert it to fit/work in a RWD car... but I'm not sure why you would. If bothering to do an engine swap for power why wouldn't you swap in a way stronger RWD engine like a 2JZ-GTE?

Mind you this was with the 3.76 gear ratio, he was AWD, but still in the "4IS" chassis.

They don't necessarily "gain" horsepower, it frees up horsepower, meaning it is less restricted. But on the dyno, it adds 8-15 whp from what I've seen and from what other people have shown.
